payment will ONLY be through paypal USD.

a design will typically be done within the week. complex designs that take longer will add additional cost.

revisions to the design will only be done before starting the work, including selected colors. small tweaks can be discussed.

my collection of DMC floss is not complete, colors between the design and finished product can sometimes vary. if you want specific shades that i don't own, it'll be added to the price. feel free to ask if i have certain colors!

once the price has been set, i'll send an invoice to be paid at your leisure. however, i won't start working until it's paid.

you will have to provide your mailing address in the invoice, and shipping will be included in the price.

all my bookmark work is based on a 20x80 pixel canvas.

i will design the bookmark myself for additional cost using only description, but if you provide a sketch or reference it'll cut the price in half.

if you provide the 20x80 pixel yourself, no design charge will be added to the full price.

if you don't want me to add your bookmark to my examples of work, please tell me! i post it only to show finished products and range of design.

i have the right to decline a commission or provided design for whatever reason! we can discuss a different design if you're still interested, but don't take it personally if i say no.

please don't resell or attempt to edit the finished product i send you, but i am 100% open to making bookmarks to be given as gifts.

you can cancel a commission any time before i start working, but if i've started then i will refund only half.

if i haven't started, refunds will be full price.

if i haven't begun on your commission because it's lower on my queue, i have other projects to finish first, or i haven't been able to work because of IRL, i will still refund if requested but would ask that you have patience with me.

if i get no feedback during the designing phase or between progress for long enough, then i will cancel your commission and give no refund.

if an invoice hasn't been paid within 30 days, then i will cancel your commission.

base price: $60

design fee: $10, varies per rules in t.o.s

complex designs will add an extra $5-$10, depending.

specific colors not in my collection will add retail price for DMC floss.
